Fees
The fee for a 50-minute psychology session is $250. This fee applies to both in-person sessions at our Collins St rooms in Melbourne CBD as well as telehealth sessions.
Rebates
You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate if you have a referral as part of a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. Under this plan you can access up to 10 rebated psychology sessions each calendar year. The rebate is typically $145.25 per session.
Some private health funds offer rebates for psychology services. Please refer to your individual policy for details.
You can attend sessions without a Mental Health Care Plan by paying the full fee.

WorkCover
TAC
NDIS
DVA
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled without charge if 48 hours’ notice is provided.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If a client arrives late, the session will proceed for the remaining scheduled time, and the full session fee will still apply. Clients who do not attend within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time may not be seen and the cancellation fee may apply.
